Mission Statement

Being the skin care self-love enthusiast that I am, the philosophy mission statement at ME Esthetics is to provide individualized quality and comfortable products plus services to men and women. The keyword there is “men” – that's what's going to differentiate us in the market. As a former Sephora manager, I knew and know too many men interested in the skin journey that “feel overwhelmed by girl world.” ME Essentials, the brand, will use eco-friendly packaging and become a new innovative brand that touches the beauty industry, and ME Esthetics will help customers not change but enhance their natural beauty.

Melissa's Journey

It goes back to that route of skin trauma. I suffered from acne, like I'm sure many of us have, and was opened into this magical world. It began with acne and then I learned skin ingredients and what was triggering my acne. I learned how to clear my acne and saw the difference it made in my life. I knew I wanted to bring that to everybody else. There was a moment in esthetician school when I just felt fulfilled. I felt great, I felt welcome and I felt like I belonged.

Why Bioelements

Bioelements was created by an esthetician icon – who wouldn't want to work with this company? I am a beauty junkie first but also a big science nerd. I appreciate the innovative science-based technology and formula bioelements uses. Bioelements knows client satisfaction and retention are important. I also appreciate that they are environment (and pocket) friendly.

Mission Statement

I provide skin care services to those wanting to rediscover their natural beauty. I offer products that help them maintain that beauty. The difference between Busy Boss Life in comparison to others is the importance of skin care. I’ve seen a lot of establishments that will style my brows or lashes, even do a quick makeup application, but when you wipe that off, you’re left with your natural beauty. I realized after a period of time in getting services that when I removed them all, I was stripping my natural beauty. I was pulling out my lashes and my brows were very thin – that was not the goal. I looked at my face and it was breaking out or I just had skin issues that didn’t make me feel confident. At Busy Boss Life, you come in for a service that doesn’t get washed off in 24 hours. It lasts.

Daeshawna's Journey

I knew very early on in life that I wanted to be my own boss, but I didn’t know in what. I always struggled with my skin and skin care throughout my life. And that was the opportunity in 2020 when everything shut down and a lot of us, including myself, started putting self-care as a priority. I leaned into that self-care and learned a lot about myself, about skin in general, and health and wellness. So I knew this was my business. This is what I want to do.

Why Bioelements

I’m choosing to offer bioelements in my treatment room and as retail products for my customers because it works. I’ve used bioelements, I know the products, and I was trained on it in school. So moving into my first brick-and-mortar, it’s a no-brainer to offer bioelements. Not only is it made here in the U.S. by a woman, but it’s also cruelty-free and effective yet affordable. There aren’t many bioelements suppliers in my neighborhood and I want to be able to offer my community this amazing product.

Mission Statement

The philosophy for my business is to create an inclusive and welcoming environment for everyone and provide education and a results-driven focus on skin care while providing excellence in customer service. I plan to set my business apart by educating clients from a younger age. I want to focus on younger people and teach them how to care for their skin so they aren't faced with problems later on.

Brandy's Journey

I first realized my passion for esthetics when my mom bought me a skin care set when I was 13 or 14. I remember using it every night and my friends would come over and I would use it on them as well. The lady who sold us the set was this beautiful glamorous lady, and I just remember being enamored with her. When I turned 18, I signed up under her and became a skin care and makeup consultant with that company. I've always been a bit of an entrepreneur. I like to think on my own – a little outside the box. I want to be an example to women and men that you're never too old to change your career path and follow your dreams.

Why Bioelements

I chose bioelements as my skin care line for my business because I use the products myself. I've been using them for about four years and have been able to tell such a difference in my skin’s tone and texture. I couldn't imagine using anything else.
