barbara arnoux

A sought-after educator with over 35 years of advanced experience, Barbara Arnoux is a licensed medical esthetician with an extensive knowledge on skin physiology and advanced treatments including chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and lasers. A member of the Bioelements team since 2001, Barbara is known for her wealth of knowledge on ingredients, techniques and professional treatments. Barbara’s favorite formulas include the Urban Undo Cleanser, Dewluxe, and vc10 Eye Bright Contour. “This industry can help mankind. What I mean by that is simple: people come to the esthetician looking for relaxation, human touch, or correction of a skin concern. They walk out refreshed, renewed and a more positive outlook. What other career can bring so much to people of all walks of life?”

beth bialko

As Bioelements Senior Director of Education, Beth Bialko oversees all educational initiatives including global curriculum development, professional training and strategic planning. Her contributions to the industry include the development of advanced treatments, the facilitation of industry-wide online certification courses, and global instructional and training techniques via multi-channel learning of livestream, in-person, and online education. "My passion for skin care education and my drive to inspire and empower others in the beauty industry align perfectly with Bioelements' mission. Together we are developing innovative educational programs that not only enhance the skills of our team but also enrich the experiences of our accounts and distributors.”

carrie cohen

As both an owner and esthetician for seven years, Carrie Cohen knows what to look for when using professional products on her clients – and Bioelements has some of her favorites. At Swoon Aesthetic Spa and Acne Clinic based in Wexford, PA, Carrie’s expertise is in acne, and she’s a certified laser technician and professional electrologist who frequently performs microneedling, chemical peels, and dermaplaning on clients. “Bioelements treats multiple types of skin care concerns. I love not just knowing what products work, but the why and how behind the science.” Carrie would say that Bioelements Sensitive Skin Cleansing Oil is “hands-down” her favorite product, although she loves so many.

Pamela Ann Ehrke teaches at David Pressley School of Cosmetology in Royal Oak, MI. She is an expert in the skin industry and has her instructor license, working for over 40 years. A licensed esthetician for over 23 years, Terri is the co-owner of Narcissus Salon and Spa in MD, specializes in facials, waxing, and nails, and is certified in dermaplaning. Terri spent years on the Bioelements education team, and now co-owns a World Class spa alongside her sister. A 25-year licensed esthetician and makeup artist with a degree in education, Dawn Gantt knows professional skin care from every angle: esthetician, educator, spa business developer and as an author of industry trade articles on retail strategy. She’s certified in Aromatherapy and Manual Lymphatic Drainage, and is a sought-after authority in the industry. A licensed esthetician since 2004, Deborah Jones is a true expert in skin-smoothing, and rejuvenating Microdermabrasion services, as well as anti-aging LED Light Treatments. She educates, trains and consults one-on-one with Bioelements Spas and esthetics schools, and is known for her world-classfacial techniques, including Custom Blending. An esthetician for 22 years, Melissa Kobus is the owner of Gloss Salon and Day Spa in Omaha, NE. With certifications in demaplaning, microneedling, microchanneling and microdermabrasion, she’s an expert in ingredient knowledge, how the skin and body work together, and how holistic nutrition and stress affect the skin. Melissa’s worked with Bioelements in her treatment room for two decades – and loves the line because its customizable, with formulations that are a blend of science and nature. Esthetician Amanda Kowalski is the proud owner of The Petite Aesthetician, a facial spa in Hackettstown, NJ. Amanda is no stranger to the industry, as she's provided different beauty services for a decade; some of her certifications include Hydrodermabrasion, radio frequency, microcurrent, chemical peels, and henna brow tinting. She is a trusted expert in facials and eyebrow treatments and has incorporated Bioelements products in her business these past two years. Needless to say, she and her customers love it so far. Katelyn Long, lead esthetician and educator at Gloss Salon and Day Spa in Omaha, Nebraska, began her esthetics journey 15 years ago after personal skin challenges. After studying at the University of Kansas and working as a Marketing Director, she pursued her passion for skin care. With three years as a licensed esthetician and instructor, Katelyn specializes in helping clients – especially those with acne – achieve skin care goals. A licensed esthetician since 1992, Monika has worked with some of the most innovative industry leaders, including Bioelements own founder Barbara Salomone, the architect of the modern American facial. Monika started The New Age Spa Institute in 2007 to focus on utilizing her extensive esthetics and massage experience to educate the current and new generations of professionals. In addition to being a licensed esthetics instructor, she is a CIDESCO Diplomat, a licensed massage therapist and licensed nail technician, and she offers her expertise and wisdom at trade shows and conferences to inform and empower industry professionals.

sunni reynolds

Sunni Reynolds owns Skin by Sunni, located in Eden Prairie, MN, and is an esthetician. She is certified in keratin lash lifting and lash infusion and has received multiple certifications from the International Dermal Institute! Sunni has spent eight years in the beauty industry and was first introduced to Bioelements at her first job after graduation – it’s safe to say that she’s been in love ever since. “When I went independent and opened my business, there was never a doubt about exclusively carrying Bioelements products.” Sunni can’t go without her favorite product, Oxygenation, and claims it is a “God-send” nighttime moisturizer for her acne-prone clients and friends. Brady Snider is the president of PCI Academy, a cosmetology and esthetics school in Ames, IA. She is a certified educator and cosmetologist and has her microdermabrasion certification. A licensed esthetician since 1986, Violet White owns Violet White Total Body Care. Based in VA, she practices her craft as an esthetician, cosmetologist, and make up artist, and shares her expertise through her Associate Training mentorship program. Certified in Aromatherapy and Manual Lymphatic Drainage from renowned programs in London and Austria, she also has extensive experience in acupuncture and reflexology, among other techniques. rachel woodland

Rachel Woodland is the lead esthetician and manager at Indulgences Day Spa located in Denver, CO.
