teresa stenzel

Teresa Stenzel has been a member of the Bioelements esthetics team since 1993. With a key role in the company’s integration of new professional products, she helps develop new facial and body treatment techniques, as well as new curriculum for Bioelements, ensuring skin care professionals receive the education they need to deliver the best skin care recommendations and professional treatments.

A 25-year licensed esthetician and makeup artist with a degree in education, Dawn Gantt knows professional skin care from every angle: esthetician, educator, spa business developer and as an author of industry trade articles on retail strategy. She’s certified in Aromatherapy and Manual Lymphatic Drainage, and is a sought-after authority in the industry.

deborah jones

A licensed esthetician since 2004, Deborah Jones is a true expert in skin-smoothing, and rejuvenating Microdermabrasion services, well as anti-aging LED Light Treatments – which can reduce redness and improve the look of wrinkles. She educates, trains and consults one-on-one with Bioelements Spas and esthetics schools, and is known for her world-class facial techniques, including Custom Blending – targeting a client’s exact skin concerns every time

barbara arnoux

A sought-after educator with over 35 years of advanced experience, Barbara Arnoux is a licensed medical esthetician with an extensive knowledge on skin physiology and advanced treatments including chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and lasers. A member of the Bioelements team since 2001, Barbara is known for her wealth of knowledge on ingredients, techniques and professional treatments.

tarrah bouts

Tarrah Bouts is a 15 year licensed esthetician, with more than 20 years in the skincare/retail industry. She owns Amelia Gray Skincare + Cosmetics in Portsmouth, OH, where she is one of 5 estheticians helping their many guests feel confident and empowered in their own skin. She specializes in various facial treatments, from relaxing to cutting edge, full body waxing and makeup artistry.

katie mcmahon

Katie McMahon has been a licensed esthetician since 2008 and in love with self care for as long as she can remember. Achieving Bioelements World Class status at her previous spa with her fierce work ethic, Katie prides herself in her Bioelements knowledge to help clients achieve success both inside the treatment room and at home. She recently opened her own studio at the Sola Salons in Papillion, NE and specializes in Bioelements Custom Blend facials, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion and full body waxing.

monika machej

A licensed esthetician since 1992, Monika Machej has worked with some of the most innovative industry leaders, including our very own Barbara Salomone, the architect of the modern American facial and founder of Bioelements. Monika started The New Age Spa Institute in 2007 to focus on utilizing her extensive esthetics and massage experience to educate the current and new generations of professionals. In addition to being a licensed esthetics instructor, she is also a licensed massage therapist and licensed nail technician, and she offers her expertise and wisdom at trade shows and conferences to inform and empower industry professionals.

sunni reynolds

Before becoming a licensed esthetician in 2015, Sunni Reynolds had never been to a spa before and had her first facial in beauty school at age 29! Sunni specializes in relaxing and corrective Bioelements facials and is an expert in helping her clients achieve their skin goals. Sunni opened her very own esthetics studio inside Sola Salons in November 2019, and she is also a Spa Consultant for Summit Salon Business Center and helps other spa service providers achieve success in all facets of their career.
